OPEN Youth Trust has a couple of office spaces available for rent in a youth friendly venue... The spaces are as follows:

London Street - Ground Floor

54.7m² (588.79 sq ft) = £11,775.80 + VAT per annum (the wall between RO2 and RO4 has been removed). Toilets would be shared with OPEN staff and are situated on the second floor, with lift access from outside the office. Access via Main Reception.

Castle Meadow Suite

94.97m² (1,022.25 sq ft) = £20,445.00 + VAT per annum. Access via Drop In lift or separate speakerphone entrance and stairs.

With 3 treatment/therapy rooms this would be great for physio or medical needs or an organisation that provides counselling.

Rent on all spaces (ex VAT) is £12.50 and service charge £7.50 (per sq ft) including rates, water, electricity, toilets and property maintenance (lifts, alarms, duty management, etc); rent is payable each quarter in advance; a holding deposit of a quarter’s rent is required in advance of occupation in addition to the first quarter’s rent; BID will be responsible for cleaning its own offices, but OPEN will take rubbish bags away and clean all public or shared areas such as the stairs and toilets. OPEN can also quote for cleaning if required.

The building is open from 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 – 18:00 Saturday, with onsite gym, café and additional meeting spaces available at discounted rates.
